# Korean Rates and FX

`POST /v1/kr-rates-fx-v1`

Official Korean interest rates and won exchange rates: Bank of Korea base, call, KOFR, CD, CP and the KTB curve 1y-50y (ECOS); KRW deal basis, TTB and TTS (Export-Import Bank of Korea); weekly customs FX; indicative conversion. Each value is dated and sourced, no forecasts. GET /v1/rates, /v1/rate, /v1/fx, /v1/convert, /v1/customs-fx or POST /v1/query.

## Request body

- object: The body of POST /v1/query. The GET routes take query parameters, each with an optional date (KST, default today): /v1/rates takes none else; /v1/rate takes series (required, e.g. ktb3y, base, kofr) and days (default 30); /v1/fx takes ccy (comma-separated ISO codes, default USD); /v1/convert takes amount (required), from (default USD) and to (default KRW); /v1/customs-fx takes ccy and kind (import or export).
  - `question` string: A question in Korean or English, e.g. 국고채 3년 금리.
  - `date` string: As-of date (KST), YYYY-MM-DD; default today.

## Response `200`

The upstream response, served after payment settles.

- object: A JSON object tagged with its own `schema` (kr-rates/v1, kr-rate-history/v1, kr-fx/v1, kr-convert/v1, kr-customs-fx/v1, kr-rates-fx-answer/v1). Every value carries its observation date and source; missing days are listed, never filled. Rates are % per year, FX is KRW per unit.

## Other responses

- `400`: Malformed request.
- `402`: Payment required. The x402 v2 terms are in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and, identically, in this body; sign the chosen option and retry with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. The receipt arrives in PAYMENT-RESPONSE.
- `503`: This service is not currently available to serve.
