# AgentSearch

`POST /v1/agentsearch-web-search-v1`

## Request

Web search built for agents, served over Pocket Network: POST /v1/search with a query and an optional max_results, and get the results back as one JSON object. Results vary run to run, as web search does. GET /v1/version, /v1/health and /v1/capabilities describe the service. Pay per request in USDC; no account, no API key.

## Request body

- object: A search request. The body is JSON and is bounded by the service at 16 KiB.
  - `query` string, required: The search query, in natural language or keywords.
  - `max_results` integer: How many results to return at most.

## Response `200`

The upstream response, served after payment settles.

- object: For POST /v1/search, a JSON object carrying the `query` as received and the search results; the exact shape is the service's own and is not pinned here. A validation failure returns `{ detail: [{ loc, msg, type }] }` with HTTP 422. The other routes (healthz, version, health, capabilities) return their own small JSON documents.

## Other responses

- `400`: Malformed request.
- `402`: Payment required. The x402 v2 terms are in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and, identically, in this body; sign the chosen option and retry with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. The receipt arrives in PAYMENT-RESPONSE.
- `503`: This service is not currently available to serve.
