Account disk usage, quota charges and capacity.

- object
  - `used_bytes` integer, nullable: Measured legacy, publication and Workspace bytes, including legacy sources retained after a move to Workspaces. Null means unknown.
  - `legacy_bytes` integer: Measured legacy bytes not yet moved to Workspaces. Excludes retained source bytes.
  - `legacy_retained_source_bytes` integer: Legacy source bytes kept after a move to Workspaces, separate from legacy_bytes.
