Per-tool rates and workflow run pricing, in micro-USD (µ$), where 1,000,000 µ$ = $1.

- ToolPricing
  - `peg_cents` integer: Deprecated. Amounts are micro-USD (µ$), where 1,000,000 µ$ = $1.
  - `tools` object[]
    - `tool` string
    - `mode` 'free' | 'per_call'
    - `credits` integer: Per-call rate, in micro-USD (µ$).
    - `daily_limit` integer: Calls allowed per account per UTC day. Absent means no limit.
    - `note` string
  - `anonymous_daily_limit` integer: Calls allowed per tool per UTC day for an anonymous trial account, in place of each tool's daily_limit.
  - `workflow` object
    - `exec_credits` integer: Flat cost of a workflow run, in micro-USD (µ$).
    - `included_seconds` integer
    - `long_run_credits_per_minute` integer: Per additional started minute past the included seconds, in micro-USD (µ$).
    - `note` string
