# Player news and injury signals

`GET /v1/{sport}/players/{id}/news`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.playcallerapp.com`
- URL: `https://api.playcallerapp.com/v1/{sport}/players/{id}/news`
- Auth: API key in header `X-PlayCaller-Key`

Returns active beat reporter signals and injury reports for a specific player. Works across NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and all covered sports. Signals are refreshed every 2 hours.
