`POST /allowed_social_messages`

## Request

The subset of `/social_networks` whose conversations can be read and answered from PlanVortex.

**It is a POST and it takes no body.** That is historical, not a design decision, and it is kept as it is because changing the verb would break every integration already calling it. Send an empty body.
