`POST /api/services/link/`

Create a new link token for connecting external services.

Creates a Pipedream connect token that can be used to establish
connections with external services on behalf of the authenticated user.

## Request body

- CreateLinkToken
  - `organization_id` string, uuid, nullable

## Response `201`
