# GET /api/activity/reports/risk/groups/history/

Return the daily high-risk prevalence snapshots (taken at 00:00 UTC) of the organization's groups with an activity policy assigned, from ``start_date`` through ``end_date``, a fixed 90 days ending today in UTC. Each group's days are sparse and oldest first; a day under five tracked members has a null ``high_risk_percent``. Each day carries the ``model_version`` it was scored with. Optional ``groups`` narrows the rows to those groups. Restricted to organization admins/managers or activity & security report viewers, and gated by both the activity-tracking and risk-scoring flags.
