# Private Company Financials

`GET /companies/{pbId}/financials`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pitchbook.com`
- URL: `https://api.pitchbook.com/companies/{pbId}/financials`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Retrieves private company financial data for all available fiscal years or quarters. Annual data is returned by default. Endpoint is only available for private companies.
