`GET /v1/accrual-type-minimum-value`

List the minimum value configurations for an accrual type.

- `accrualType` 'REFINANCING' | 'OVERDUE' | 'WITHDRAWAL_INTEREST' | 'BILLPAYMENT_INTEREST' | 'OVERDRAFT_INTEREST' | 'FINANCIAL_TAX'
- `hierarchyName` 'ORG_ID' | 'PROGRAM_ID' | 'ACCOUNT_ID'
- `hierarchyValue` string
- `isDeleted` boolean

  - `items_on_page` integer: Items on page. (This could be less than `per_page` if this is the last page.)
  - `is_last_page` boolean: Is this the last page?
  - `items` AccrualTypeMinimumValueResponseWithDates[]
    - `accrual_type` string, required: Accrual type. Should be one of the following values: `REFINANCING` `OVERDUE` `WITHDRAWAL_INTEREST` `BILLPAYMENT_INTEREST` `OVERDRAFT_INTEREST` `FINANCIAL_TAX`
    - `hierarchy_name` 'ORG_ID' | 'PROGRAM_ID' | 'ACCOUNT_ID', required
    - `hierarchy_value` string, required: If `hierarchy_name` is `PROGRAM_ID` or `ACCOUNT_ID`, the hierarchy value must be an integer. If `hierarchy_name` is `ORG_ID`, the value must be a string.
    - `minimum_amount_to_post` number, double, required
    - `created_at` string: Date created. Format = YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssz.
    - `deleted_at` string: Date deleted. Format = YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssz.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `500`: Internal Server Error
