# Get holiday (deprecated)

`POST /holidays-core/v1/holiday/validate`

**DEPRECATED**. Call the [Get business day](ref:post-search-business-day) endpoint instead.

Get information for an administrative division's holiday.

 **Note:** The response could contain outdated information until at least one minute after an update is made to an administrative division.

## Request body

- PresenterValidateHolidayRequest
  - `date` string, required: Holiday date. Format = yyyy-mm-dd.
  - `division_id` integer, required: Division ID

## Response `200`

OK

  - `administrative_division` PresenterAdministrativeDivisionResponse
    - `id` integer: Administrative division ID
    - `name` string: Administrative division name
  - `id` integer: Holiday ID
  - `name` string: Holiday name
  - `holiday_date` string: Holiday date. Format = yyyy-mm-dd.
  - `next_business_date` string, date: Next work day following the holiday. Format = yyyy-mm-dd.
  - `created_at` string, datetime: Date and time the holiday was created. Format = yyyy-mm-ddTHH:mm:ss.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Access token missing or invalid
- `404`: Not found
- `500`: Internal server error
