Create a dispute fraud report and one related installment.

## Path parameters

- DisputeFraudReportRequest: Request used to create a Dispute Fraud Report with success.
  - `dispute_installment_id` number: Related dispute installment ID. If not passed, first Installment is used.
  - `report` DisputeFraudReportDocumentStructure, required
    - `acct_status` 'ACCT_IS_OPEN' | 'ACCT_HAS_BEEN_CLOSED', required: Account status
    - `chgbk_indicator` '0' | '1', required: Is this a chargeback? true = `1`, false = `0`.
    - `cvc_invalid_indicator` 'Y' | '*' | 'M' | 'N' | 'P' | 'U' | '?' | 'E', required: Mastercard <a href='https://developer.mastercard.com/fld-fraud-submission/documentation/parameters/annexure-1/#table-15-card-validation-code-cvc-indicator' target='_blank'>CVC invalid code indicator</a>

    - `report_date` string, required: Fraud report date, format = yyyy-mm-dd.
    - `sub_type` 'K' | 'N' | 'P' | 'U', required: Mastercard <a href='https://developer.mastercard.com/fld-fraud-submission/documentation/parameters/annexure-1/#table-2-fraud-sub-type-codes' target='_blank'>fraud sub type codes</a>
    - `authorization_origin_indicator` 'Y' | 'X' | 'N', nullable: Authorization origin indicator, default is null. **REQUIRED** for ELO network.<br> `Y` - Issuer authorized<br> `X` - Parameter authorized<br> `N` - Not Authorized<br>
    - `notification_code` '1' | '2' | '3' | '4' | '5', nullable: Notification type code. Default is null. **REQUIRED** for ELO network.<br> `1` - First notification<br> `2` - Notification sent again<br> `3` - Change<br> `4` - Deletion (cancellation fraud warning)<br> `5` = Reactivation<br>
    - `exchange_indicator` 'N' | 'Y': Is this an exchange? Default is `N`. **REQUIRED** for ELO network.<br> `Y` - Yes<br> `N` - No<br>
    - `exchange_value` number: Exchange value. **REQUIRED** for ELO network.
    - `card_service_code` 'C' | 'M': Card type. **REQUIRED** for ELO network.<br> `C` - Chip<br> `M` - Stripe<br>

  - `dispute_installment_id` number: Dispute installment related to dispute fraud report.
