`GET /v1/accounting-accounts/{accountingAccountId}`

  - `id` integer: Accounting account ID
  - `description` string: Description of the accounting account
  - `account` string: Accounting account number
  - `program_id` integer: Program ID
  - `created_at` string, date-time: Date and time when the accounting account was created (ISO 8601).
  - `deactivated_at` string, date-time: Date and time when the accounting account was deactivated (ISO 8601). Filled when the account is deactivated.

## Other responses

- `404`: Accounting account not found.
