# Create setup

`POST /v1/disputes/setup`

## Request

Create a new state machine program setup.

## Headers

- `x-tenant` string, required
- `x-cid` string, required

## Request body

- CreateSetupRequest: Request body for Create setup
  - `program_id` number, required: Pismo program ID
  - `type` 'PRIMITIVE' | 'PRIMITIVE_ON_US', required: State machine type
  - `issuer_identifier` string: Issuer identifier number, one of the following: * `ICA` - Interbank Card Association ID (Visa or Mastercard) * `BID` - Business Identfication Number (Visa)
  - `send_time_line` boolean: Should timeline events be sent? Default is `false`.'
  - `is_full_balance` boolean: Create a Full balance dispute without a transaction? Default is `false`.
  - `automated_installment` boolean: Enable automated installment? Default is `false`

Setup created
