# Cancel check

`POST /corporate/v1/checks/{checkId}/cancel`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sandbox.pismolabs.io`
- URL: `https://sandbox.pismolabs.io/corporate/v1/checks/{checkId}/cancel`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Cancel a check using the provided check ID.

**NOTES**:
- This endpoint requires an account token - an access token encoded with an external account ID. Tokens can expire quickly, which can result in a `401 Unauthorized` message.

- `checkId` string, required

## Response `202`

Check cancel accepted

- CheckCancelResponse: Response for check cancel.
  - `check_id` string, required: Check ID.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Access token is missing or invalid
- `403`: The request has been lost
- `404`: Check posting not found
- `409`: Conflict
- `500`: Internal Server Error
