# Pauses, or unpauses a share, use null for PauseState to toggle.

`PATCH /Share/Pause`

## Request body

- SetPauseStateRequest — Creates a new share code for a given shocker.
  - `ShareId` integer — Id of the share to modify
  - `PauseState` boolean, nullable — New state of pause, or null for toggle

## Response `204`

Share code should now reflect new pause state.

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
