# Create team

`POST /admin/teams`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pipelinecrm.com/api/v3`
- URL: `https://api.pipelinecrm.com/api/v3/admin/teams`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `app-key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key` and API key in query parameter `app_key`

Description of levels: 1 for Basic, 2 for Manager, 3 for Executive. The non-name-related values shown are the defaults.

## Request body

- object
  - `team` TeamWritable
    - `created_at` string: Timestamp when the record was created (time zone in user's time zone).
    - `updated_at` string: Timestamp when the record was last touched (time zone in user's time zone).
    - `name` string: The name of the todo template
    - `parent_id` integer, nullable: The id of the parent team
    - `permissions` object: Object defining team permissions for deals, companies and people. See [Team Permissions example](#tag/teams)

Successful Response

  - `id` integer: Unique identifier
  - `account_id` integer
  - `created_at` string: Timestamp when the record was created (time zone in user's time zone).
  - `updated_at` string: Timestamp when the record was last touched (time zone in user's time zone).
  - `name` string: The name of the todo template
  - `parent_id` integer, nullable: The id of the parent team
  - `permissions` object: Object defining team permissions for deals, companies and people. See [Team Permissions example](#tag/teams)

## Other responses

- `403`: The credentials are valid but this user may not perform the action (permissions, a read-only token, or API access switched off).
- `422`: The request was understood but a value is missing, invalid or too long.
