# Update account notification

`PUT /account_notifications/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pipelinecrm.com/api/v3`
- URL: `https://api.pipelinecrm.com/api/v3/account_notifications/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `app-key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key` and API key in query parameter `app_key`

- `id` integer, required

## Request body

- object
  - `account_notification` object
    - `read_at` string, required: Timestamp for when note was read
    - `seen` boolean: will be set to `false` if `read_at` is `nil` or it will be set to `true` if `read_at` is a datetime

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AccountNotification
  - `id` integer: Unique identifier
  - `created_at` string: Timestamp when the record was created (time zone in user's time zone).
  - `updated_at` string: Timestamp when the record was last touched (time zone in user's time zone).
  - `user_id` integer: The user_id of the account notification
  - `account_id` integer, nullable: The account_id of the account notification
  - `text` string: The content of the notification
  - `seen` boolean: Boolean used to mark seen account notifications
  - `read_at` string, nullable: Timestamp for when note was read
  - `hide_popup` boolean: Used only for create, displays/hides popup for user when account notification is created

## Other responses

- `400`: The request could not be processed as sent (for example a malformed id or an unsupported combination of parameters).
- `404`: No record with that id is visible to this user. Records owned by other users that you cannot see also answer 404.
