# Accept Invitation

`POST /invitations/{invitation_id}/accept`

Accept an invitation.

Args:
    invitation_id: Invitation identifier.
    auth: Authenticated caller.
    service: Team service.

Returns:
    Acceptance confirmation.

Raises:
    HTTPException: If the identity email is unavailable.

- `invitation_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- InvitationActionResponse — Response model for accepting or declining an invitation.
  - `success` boolean, required
  - `message` string, required
  - `invitation_id` string, required
  - `team_id` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `422` — Validation Error
