# Set default timezone for a team that has never configured one

`POST /billing/team/{team_id}/initialize-timezone`

Idempotently set usage_reset_timezone when it has never been configured.

## Path parameters

- `team_id` string, required

## Request body

- InitializeTimezoneRequest — Request to set the team timezone once, on first use.
  - `timezone` string, required — IANA timezone name to store when usage_reset_hour_changed_at is NULL.

## Response `200`

- SuccessResponse — Generic success response.
  - `success` boolean
  - `message` string, nullable
  - `data` object, nullable

- `422` — Validation Error
