The request is recorded and decided in the same call, and the response body carries the written basis — which is the Art. 12(4) reply, not a receipt for one. Args: body: The request, with an optional explanatory note. auth: Authenticated user context. Returns: 201 Created with the recorded request and its decision. Raises: HTTPException: 500 if the request could not be recorded. ## Request body - CreateWeightsDeletionRequestBody: Request body for ``POST /users/me/weights-deletion-request``. Attributes: note: Optional free text explaining the request, stored verbatim and truncated at 4000 characters. Treated as personal data. - `note` string, nullable: Optional explanation of the request. ## Response `201` Successful Response - WeightsDeletionRequestResponse: Response to ``POST /users/me/weights-deletion-request``. Attributes: request_id: UUID of the recorded request. outcome: The decision. Currently always ``refused`` — see ``decision_basis`` and ``services.users.weights_deletion``. decision_basis: The written reason for the outcome.
