`PATCH /v1/teams/{team_id}/settings`

Update team settings.

Args:
    team_id: Team identifier.
    settings: Validated settings payload.
    auth: Authenticated caller.
    service: Team service.

Returns:
    Update confirmation.

- TeamSettingsUpdate: Allowed fields for PATCH /teams/{team_id}/settings.
  - `zero_data_retention` boolean, nullable: Enable account-level Zero Data Retention: inference is not persisted and upstream gateways are told not to retain data.
