# Partially update a monitor

`PATCH /api/v1/monitors/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.pingvera.com`
- URL: `https://app.pingvera.com/api/v1/monitors/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Scope write:monitors, the token's org must match the monitor's org (otherwise 404 — foreign resources aren't revealed). All body fields are optional, send only what changes (partial update). target/type cannot be changed — that would be a different monitor.

  - `muted` boolean: mute: checks keep running, but without affecting health and without alerts

  - `degraded_latency_ms` integer
  - `site` string: public_id сайта; "" отвязывает

- `402`: interval below the plan's minimum
- `403`: missing write:monitors scope
- `404`: monitor not found or belongs to another organization
