# Update Board

`PATCH /v1/pinterest/boards/{board_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pinbridge.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.pinbridge.io/v1/pinterest/boards/{board_id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Rename a board or change its description or privacy.

The change is made on Pinterest; fields left out are unchanged. Pins on the
board are unaffected.

## Request body

- BoardUpdateRequest: Request schema for editing a Pinterest board. At least one field must change.
  - `account_id` string, uuid, required: Pinterest account that owns the board
  - `name` string, nullable: New board name
  - `description` string, nullable: New board description
  - `privacy` string, nullable: New privacy (for example PUBLIC, SECRET)

- BoardResponse: Response schema for a Pinterest board.

  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string, nullable
  - `privacy` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `422`: Board not found or not owned (see `error.code`).
