# Request Email Verification

`POST /v1/auth/email/verify/request`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pinbridge.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.pinbridge.io/v1/auth/email/verify/request`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Send a fresh verification email for the authenticated user.

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EmailVerificationActionResponse: Response payload for email verification actions.
  - `message` string, required
  - `retry_after_seconds` integer, nullable
  - `email` string, nullable: Set by GET /v1/auth/email/verify: the address that was verified, so a client signed in as someone else can tell the link belonged to another account
  - `user_id` string, nullable: Set by GET /v1/auth/email/verify: the account that was verified
