`POST /v1/webhooks`

## Request body

- object
  - `url` string, required: HTTPS on a public address. Private, shared, link-local, metadata and internal names are refused here and again at every delivery (the name is resolved then), and redirects are not followed.
  - `events` string[]

## Response `201`

Subscription created; secret shown once

## Other responses

- `400`: invalid_url, invalid_events, or webhook_limit
