`PUT /v1/members/{member_ref}/cabinet/items`

## Request

Send an Idempotency-Key to make retries safe. A repeat with the same key, member ref and body within 24 hours returns the first item with `Idempotent-Replayed: true`; the same key with a different request is a 422 `idempotency_key_reused`. Without the header every PUT adds an item.
