  - `address` Address, required
    - `line_1` string, required: A string of 1-256 characters
    - `line_2` string, nullable: A string of 1-256 characters
    - `city` string, required: A string of 1-30 characters
    - `state` string, required: 2-digit US state code (e.g. CA, IL, FL)
    - `zip` string, required: 5-digit US zip code
  - `cs_phone` string, required: Your customer service phone number
  - `cs_email` string, required: Your customer service email
