# Stop survey

`POST /surveys/{id}/stop`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pickfu.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.pickfu.com/v1/surveys/{id}/stop`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Stops a live survey that is currently collecting responses. This is irreversible — the survey will be marked as complete and no further responses will be collected.

### Prerequisites
- Survey must be in `in-progress` status (published and not yet done)
- Stopping a completed or draft survey returns 409 Conflict

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required
