Recursive reducer: turn a question into a tree of definitive sub-questions
(the algorithm in reduce.py). mode=fast => whole tree in ONE model call
(seconds); mode=deep => per-node recursion (rigorous, ~40 calls, ~1 min).
fmt=digest => a context-free, self-describing summary other models can consume.
