OWNER plane (PLAN P6): the library as a MAP, not a dump.

Summaries only — truncated questions, counts, kinds, timestamps. Never the
trees, results, or route payloads (the two-planes rule: display the map,
not the data; the owner desktop app's Library tab consumes this). Every
file is read defensively: missing/corrupt -> empty, never a 500.

C3 (Jay's organizing principle, 2026-06-11): entries are categorized by the
CONTENT itself — vertical / activity / topic from app/data/categories.json
(missing -> "uncategorized"; new entries are lazily categorized best-effort
in the background, never blocking this endpoint). Yield records (the made
objects) join the entries as kind "yield". counts gains by_vertical /
by_activity + the knowledge-base totals (yields, axioms, runs, verdicts).
