Receiver for a PostHog webhook Destination (Jay 2026-06-26): PostHog POSTs
high-value events here so our own system can act on them + ping Slack/Discord.
Shared-secret gated (POSTHOG_HOOK_SECRET via ?token= or X-Hook-Secret header);
if no secret is configured we refuse (fail closed — a public action endpoint
must not be wide open). Best-effort fan-out; always 200 so PostHog won't retry-storm.
