`POST /v4/accounts/{voip_id}/extensions/{extension_id}/blocked-calls`

Create a blocked call pattern for extension

## Path parameters

- `voip_id` integer, required
- `extension_id` integer, required

## Request body

- VoipBlacklist
  - `start_date` integer: Timestamp in UNIX format
  - `type` 'incoming' | 'outgoing': Can be 'incoming', 'outgoing'
  - `pattern_type` 'equals' | 'starts_with': Can be 'equals', 'starts_with'
  - `pattern` string, required: Pattern of phone number. Starts with '+', followed by digits up to 14 characters
  - `notes` string: Notes of black list, up to 80 characters
