# Create Calls

`POST /v4/accounts/{voip_id}/calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.phone.com`
- URL: `https://api.phone.com/v4/accounts/{voip_id}/calls`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Make a phone call. You need to provide caller and callee information. You can provide different payload, so different parameters may be required. These are supported scenarios:
1. caller_phone_number + callee_extension.
2. caller_phone_number + callee_phone_number + caller_extension.
3. caller_extension + callee_phone_number.

- `voip_id` integer, required

## Request body

- Call
  - `caller_phone_number` string, nullable: Caller phone number
  - `caller_extension` integer, nullable: Caller Extension ID (not the extension number)
  - `caller_caller_id` string, nullable: Caller ID shown on caller's phone when a call comes
  - `caller_private` boolean, nullable: Flag to set caller ID to private
  - `callee_phone_number` string, nullable: Callee phone number
  - `callee_extension` integer, nullable: Callee Extension ID (not the extension number)
  - `callee_caller_id` string, nullable: Caller ID shown on callee's phone when a call comes
  - `callee_private` boolean, nullable: Flag to set callee ID to private
