# Recover a create request

`GET /sessions/requests/{request_key}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.phone-harness.com`
- URL: `https://api.phone-harness.com/sessions/requests/{request_key}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Look up a durable, account-scoped create receipt, including after cleanup. A missing receipt does not justify retrying with a new key; reuse the same key and body for the same logical Start.

Durable receipt.

- CreateReceipt
  - `id` string, required
  - `request_key` string, required
  - `platform` 'android' | 'ios': What the phone is: `android` or `ios`.
  - `kind` 'emulator' | 'device': How it runs: an `emulator`, or a real `device` (your own phone on a host).
  - `state` 'provisioning' | 'ready' | 'error' | 'closing' | 'recorded' | 'released', required
  - `cleanup_complete` boolean, required
  - `cleanup_pending` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Bad or missing bearer credential.
- `403`: Account access denied or rental access unavailable.
- `404`: No receipt exists for this account and key.
- `500`: Unexpected service error.
