# Create an API key

`POST /me/keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.phone-harness.com`
- URL: `https://api.phone-harness.com/me/keys`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create another account-wide key. The raw secret is shown only once. For your first key, use the authenticated dashboard. A key can manage other keys on the same account.

## Request body

- object
  - `label` string, nullable: A descriptive name for this key.

## Response `201`

New raw bearer key; save it securely.

- object
  - `key` string, required: The raw account bearer key, shown once.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request.
- `401`: Bad or missing bearer credential.
- `403`: Account access denied or rental access unavailable.
- `500`: Unexpected service error.
