  - `doc_id` string, nullable: The X-Document-Id the fill returned; null when unknown

  - `sha256` string: Fingerprint of the file you sent
  - `issued_sha256` string: Only when modified: fingerprint of the file we issued
  - `is_reprint` boolean: A certificate RE-PRINT of document doc_id
