      - Unit: Any part of an organization — the same building block at every level, nestable up to 4 deep

        - `kind` 'department' | 'division' | 'office' | 'team' | 'project' | 'client': only a label (client = a bookkeeper's client taxpayer)
        - `parent_id` string
        - `code` string: your cost centre / UACS code

- `402`: Plan has no seats left — upgrade
