Public endpoint. Returns every Cloud-managed guest init script that provisioning can inject, with the exact bytes and sha256 used at injection. env_merge merges encrypted env on boot and is still behind the managed_env_create feature flag. docker_cleanup runs before dockerd on every boot, is measured, and needs OS 0.6.x and ext4.

    - `version` string, required: Script version, e.g. 0.0.2
    - `script` string, required: Full script text Cloud injects
    - `hash` string, required: sha256 of the script text, hex encoded
    - `request_field` string, required: Create-request field that selects this script: its slug in the init_scripts list.
    - `min_os_version` string, required: Minimum dstack OS version. docker_cleanup also requires ext4 storage.
