# Clear the app launch token

`DELETE /api/v1/apps/{app_id}/launch-token`

Removes the app's launch token. Remove requirements.launch_token_hash from every CVM of the app first: a CVM whose compose still carries it fails closed at its next boot. Repeating the call changes nothing.

- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: No permission to update the app
- `404`: App not found
- `422`: Validation Error
