traceable via topic_id/path/source_file to /api/v1/llm_context.
Anti-dump: parameterized, no wildcard, per-request limit.

- `brand` string, nullable: Brand / product / company keyword (substring, case-insensitive), e.g. 'salmonella', 'diamond', 'Hill'
- `reason` string, nullable: Hazard / reason keyword, e.g. 'salmonella', 'heavy metal', 'dioxin', 'aflatoxin'
- `year` integer, nullable: 4-digit year filter, e.g. 2025 (topic must mention that year)
- `limit` integer: Max results (anti-dump cap 50)
- `offset` integer: Paging offset
