# create tenant

`POST /v1/tenants/create`

## Request body

- TenantCreateRequest — TenantCreateRequest is the message used for the request to create a tenant.
  - `id` string — id is a unique identifier for the tenant.
  - `name` string — name is the name of the tenant.

## Response `200`

A successful response.

- TenantCreateResponse — TenantCreateResponse is the message returned from the request to create a tenant.
  - `tenant` Tenant — Tenant represents a tenant with an id, a name, and a timestamp indicating when it was created.
    - `id` string — The ID of the tenant.
    - `name` string — The name of the tenant.
    - `created_at` string, date-time — The time at which the tenant was created.
