Stream pillar analysis with real-time updates via Server-Sent Events (SSE).

This endpoint provides live streaming of the analysis as it's generated:
- Text appears word-by-word as Claude generates it
- Progress updates for each step
- Synthesis streams the final 8-section report
- Feels instant like Claude desktop

Args:
    rssd: Bank RSSD ID
    pillar: Pillar to analyze (revenue|cost|risk|capital|operations)
    user: Current authenticated user

Returns:
    StreamingResponse with Server-Sent Events (SSE):

    - event: step_N_chunk - Real-time text chunks from step N
