`GET /api/v1/tbpi/chat/{rssd_id}/history`

Get chat history for a bank

Returns recent chat messages and responses, ordered by timestamp.
Includes persona name and context sources for assistant messages.

Args:
    rssd_id: Bank RSSD ID
    limit: Maximum number of messages to return
    session_id: Optional - filter to specific chat session
