# List provider SLA scorecards

`GET /v1/providers/sla`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.peppolstatus.com`
- URL: `https://api.peppolstatus.com/v1/providers/sla`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Per-provider SLA scorecards for one trailing period: checks-weighted uptime across each provider's mapped hosts, incident count, total downtime minutes and the single worst host. Ordered worst uptime first (providers with no checks in the window last). Materialized hourly by the batch runner. Not paginated (the envelope's `next_cursor` is always null).

## Query parameters

- `period` '30d' | '90d'

## Response `200`

The provider SLA scorecards for the period.

- SlaScorecardPage: Provider SLA scorecards (never paginated; next_cursor null).
  - `items` SlaScorecardView[], required
    - `provider_key` string, required: The provider natural key.
    - `provider_name` string, nullable, required
    - `period` '30d' | '90d', required: Trailing window.
    - `host_count` integer, required: Mapped hosts with uptime data in the window.
    - `uptime_pct` number, nullable, required: Checks-weighted availability % across the provider's hosts; null when it had no checks in the window.
    - `checks_total` integer, required
    - `incident_count` integer, required: Incidents that started on the provider's hosts within the window.
    - `downtime_minutes` number, required: Total incident downtime in the window, in minutes.
    - `worst_hostname` string, nullable, required
    - `worst_uptime_pct` number, nullable, required
    - `computed_at` string, date-time, required
    - `ap_key` string, nullable, required: The provider's access-point directory key for the console's /providers/{key} link; null when no seat of the provider is a member of any directory entry.
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required: Opaque cursor for the next page, or null on the last page.

## Other responses

- `400`: The period is not one of 30d, 90d.
