# List Company's DMS Files

`GET /api/external/firm/v1/companies/{company_id}/dms/files`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.pennylane.com`
- URL: `https://app.pennylane.com/api/external/firm/v1/companies/{company_id}/dms/files`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Authorization code: `https://app.pennylane.com/oauth/authorize`
  - Token URL: `https://app.pennylane.com/oauth/oauth/token` scopes: `dms_files:all`, `dms_files:readonly`

This endpoint returns a list of DMS files of the company.

> This endpoint requires one of the following scopes: `dms_files:all`, `dms_files:readonly`

## Path parameters

- `company_id` integer, required

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string
- `limit` integer
- `filter` string

## Response `200`

Returns the list of DMS files of the company.

- object
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Indicates whether additional results are available beyond this set. Use this flag to determine if another request is needed.
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required: Cursor to retrieve the next set of results. Include this value in the cursor parameter of your next request to fetch subsequent items. A `null` `next_cursor` in the response indicates no further results.
  - `items` object[], required
    - `id` integer, required: ID of the file
    - `name` string, required: Name of the file
    - `path` string, required: Path of the file
    - `parent_folder` object, nullable, required: Parent folder containing this file. `null` if file is at root level.
      - `id` integer, required: ID of the parent folder
    - `url` string, required: URL to download the file
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Access token is missing or invalid
- `403`: Access to this resource forbidden
- `404`: The resource was not found
