# Unletter ledger entry lines

`DELETE /api/external/v2/ledger_entry_lines/lettering`

This endpoint lets you unletter ledger entry lines.

  - `unbalanced_lettering_strategy` 'none' | 'partial', required: - `none`: the API won't let you create an unbalanced lettering and will respond with an error. - `partial`: a potentially unbalanced lettering will be created.
  - `ledger_entry_lines` object[], required: The list of ledger entry lines you want to unletter.
    - `id` integer, required: Id of the ledger entry line

## Response `204`

No content

- `404`: The resource was not found
- `422`: Unprocessable content
