# List Company's Fiscal Years

`GET /api/external/v2/fiscal_years`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.pennylane.com`

  - Authorization code: `https://app.pennylane.com/oauth/authorize`
  - Token URL: `https://app.pennylane.com/oauth/oauth/token` scopes: `fiscal_years:readonly`

This endpoint returns a list of fiscal years of the company.
By default, returns fiscal years ordered by descending IDs.
A `sort` query parameter is available allowing to sort by `id` or `start` attributes.

> This endpoint requires the following scope: `fiscal_years:readonly`

## Response `200`

Returns the list of fiscal years of the company

- object
  - `items` object[], required
    - `id` integer, required: The unique identifier of the fiscal year.
    - `start` string, date, required: The date at which the fiscal year starts.
    - `finish` string, date, required: The date at which the fiscal year ends.
    - `status` 'open' | 'reopen' | 'closed' | 'frozen', required: The status of the fiscal year.
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: The time the fiscal year has been created
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: The last time the fiscal year has been updated
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Indicates whether additional results are available beyond this set. Use this flag to determine if another request is needed.
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required: Cursor to retrieve the next set of results. Include this value in the cursor parameter of your next request to fetch subsequent items. A `null` `next_cursor` in the response indicates no further results.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Access token is missing or invalid
- `403`: Access to this resource forbidden
- `404`: The resource was not found
