`POST /api/v1/import/ubl/execute`

Create invoices (and clients as needed) from uploaded UBL files.
``mark_as`` = 'paid' (historical revenue, default) or 'sent' (outstanding).
Duplicates by invoice number are skipped; parse failures are reported.
