Returns a collection of the TaskMetadata resource

## Query parameters

- `query` string
- `order` string
- `start-index` integer
- `max-results` integer

## Response `200`

Success

- TaskMeta[]
  - `task_id` integer
  - `key` string
  - `value` string

## Other responses

- `204` — No content
- `400` — Bad request
- `401` — Not authenticated
